Much as we don't want to face the truth, this Thursday night '30 Rock' will finally close its doors after seven seasons with an hour-long episode, saying goodbye to our favorite NBC employees Liz, Jack, Jenna, Tracy and Kenneth. But thanks to a new venture from ice cream makers Ben & Jerry's, that end may not taste so bittersweet. The company has unveiled plans to dedicate a flavor to '30 Rock,' one whose name will be kept a secret until the series finale airs! Find out how you can have your own mandatory Liz Lemon ice cream party inside!

If we're all going to drown our sorrows of '30 Rock's' Thursday series finale over ice cream, we might as well do it with the official brand. Ben & Jerry's has announced an impending '30 Rock'-themed flavor of their favorite ice cream, to be unveiled by co-founder Jerry Greenfield at the Latitude Bar & Lounge in New York City, following a viewing of the long-running NBC comedy's series finale.

Ticket sales for the '30 Rock' party will benefit a non-profit organization that will be announced at the event, while those dressed as their best '30 Rock' characters can enter a costume contest to win a year’s supply of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and frozen yogurt. The '30 Rock' flavor can be found for purchase online, in Ben & Jerry’s shops in February, then in grocery and convenience stores afterward, according to the company's press release.

Well, what say you? Will a '30 Rock' ice cream by Ben & Jerry's make the show's series finale any easier to swallow? Tell us in the comments what you'll miss most about '30 Rock' after Thursday's one-hour series finale!
