Asleep at the Wheel's Ray Benson talks about their new 'Still the King' album. The fact that it's been over 15 years since their last Bob Wills tribute album. Benson and his producers wondered if there was enough music left in Wills' catalog to do the project.

'Bob Wills is Still the King' is a song that was written and done by the late Waylon Jennings. Benson and his producers used 'Still the King' as the tittle for this latest project.

Ray invited lots of friends to help with the album. 'Still the King' has 22 'western swing' collaborations from country music's biggest names. Joining in are George Strait, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Lyle Lovett to name a few. Take a look at the making of the new album.
