Carrie Horton is a freelance writer and project manager based in Nashville, Tenn. She graduated from Concordia University in Portland, Ore., with a degree in English and has been writing and listening to music for as long as she can remember. After more than five years in the non-profit world, she made the leap into full-time freelance writing and hasn’t looked back. When she’s not out looking for adventure, you can probably find her exploring nature or at a neighborhood coffee shop reading a good book or talking with friends.
