To name just a few of her credits, essayist, screenwriter and director Nora Ephron has passed away from pneumonia brought on by acute myeloid leukemia at the age of 71.
Genndy Tartakovsky to Direct 3D ‘Popeye’
The cartoon character ‘Popeye’ is missing an eye, right? He’s always got one closed and he is a sailor, so it’s likely that he lost one handling hooks, or fighting with some aquatic creature. But even though Popeye can’t see stereoscopically, he’s getting the animated 3D treatment from director Genndy Tartakovsky.

Larry David is Looking to Team Up with Greg Mottola For a Movie
‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ star Larry David has flirted with the big screen. The smartest thing about the new preview for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘ is that it doesn’t show too much of Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker becoming Spider-Man.
