I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as quick as I could. I'm originally from Battle Creek, Michigan (home of Tony the Tiger). I've got two kids who take up most of my time out of the office, but when I get "me time", I'm either taking in some live music or a sporting event. Since relocating, I also fell in love with the Texas music scene. I've been lucky enough to be nominated for DJ of the Year 4 straight years by the Academy of Texas Music, and was the 2009 recipient of the Academy's Palmwood Award. I'm a huge sports fan, and my loyalties are with the Michigan Wolverines, Chicago White Sox and (sorry) the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Before I watched the video, my first thought was whoever gave it such a title must be overreacting. I'm certain that Pepsico (the makers of Mountain Dew) has people who look closely at the commercials they put on the air, and would pull

My son Nathan has been excited about Iron Man 3 for weeks. He's been watching the previous two movies over and over again on DVD in preparation. He stops everything he's doing to closely study the trailer for the new superhero movie. Needless to say, he's going to see the Robert Downey, Jr. flick on opening weekend. But, with all the hype and all the exposure this movie is getting, will it live up
The Tejas Brothers Improve on an Already Great Sound With ‘Live A Little More’ – CD Review
It's been a joy following the Tejas Brothers for the past few years. All along, the band has been up to the challenge of carrying the tradition of Tejano/Texas country music. With such a distinct sound that so clearly honors their influences (Texas Tornados and their solo offshoots, along with classic country artists), Dave Perez and the guys are still able to be fresh, current and continue to evo
