Back in September, Marvel announced that the "Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One — Avengers Assembled Box Set" would be delayed indefinitely due to an impending lawsuit over the design of the DVD case. With the legal issue behind them (and the DVD case redesigned), Marvel is ready to start taking pre-orders for the 10-disc set. And as an added bonus? You'll be the first to see footage from Marvel's "Phase 2" films.

First teased at Comic-Con 2012, Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will include 'Iron Man 3,' 'Thor: The Dark World,' 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' 'Guardians of the Galaxy,' 'Ant-Man' and, of course, 'The Avengers 2.' Marvel used the delay of the original 'Avengers' box set to go back and add something special for the fans.

Marvel president Kevin Feige told Entertainment Weekly fans can expect "footage, concept art, and a few new surprises" on the disc. If we were betting men, we'd think that the 'Ant-Man' test footage (also seen at Comic-Con) would make the cut, plus new looks at the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and possibly what Thanos - the villain behind all of Phase 2 - will look like in action.

The 10-disc, 6-movie box set (which includes 'Iron Man,' 'Iron Man 2,' 'The Incredible Hulk,' 'Captain America,' 'Thor' and 'The Avengers') is set for release on April 2nd and costs a hefty $219. But it comes with an actual glowing Tesseract!

What do you think? Would you plunk down the cash to get a first look at Marvel's Phase Two films?
