Swarm of Bugs Form Ominous-Looking ‘Bugnado’ – Not for the Squeamish! [VIDEO]

It’s bad enough having to swat away a single bug, but an entire swarm? If you’re anywhere near the Missouri River that’s just something you might have to contend with – these “bugnadoes” form in areas with high volumes of water, particularly after flooding has occurred.
The bugs form tight vortexes that resemble pulsating, stationary, smoke clouds or tornadoes. They were filmed and photographed after the flooding of the Missouri River by a storm chaser in the area:
At least they’re at a distance. In the video below, a man filmed several mosquitoes feasting on his bare arm in all their HD, bloodsucking glory. It’s gross, but we can’t look away:
