Cam will not open for Brad Paisley tonight (Feb. 25) when he takes the stage in Wichita, Kan. The "Burning House" singer has the flu.

KWCH-TV in Wichita reported the news Thursday afternoon, adding that Cam has a high fever. “I’m heartbroken that I’m unable to perform in Wichita tonight,” the singer says in a statement. Eric Paslay will still open the show at the InTrust Bank Arena.

It’s not clear if the rest of the “Mayday” singer’s weekend shows will be affected. In addition to Thursday night in Kansas, Cam is slated to open for Paisley’s Crushin’ It Tour on Friday in Springfield, Mo. and Saturday in Tulsa, Okla. She also has a headlining show scheduled for Sunday in Ames, Iowa before a nearly three-week break.

It’s been a busy month for the four-time ACM nominee. Cam appeared at the 2016 Grammy Awards, and made Taste of Country’s Best Dressed list. In April she'll be part of the 2016 ACM Party for a Cause Festival, as well as the April 3 ACM Awards. In addition to performing, she's up for New Female Vocalist of the Year and three more awards (Single, Song and Video) for her hit "Burning House."

This weekend's dates on the Crushin' It Tour were to be Cam's last of the winter. Paisley, a 2016 Country Jam headliner, will resume the tour in May.
