Cassadee Pope, the winner of Season 3 of 'The Voice,' made her way to Moore, Okla., volunteering and doing her part to help the victims of the tornado that swept through the region earlier this week.

The singer was in the middle of a radio tour to promote her new single and was already slated to be in Oklahoma City. She decided to move her visits with stations so she could instead donate her time to volunteer at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. How generous and selfless of her!

When she heard about the natural disaster that wreaked havoc on the area on May 20, the big-hearted singer was devastated for the people of the state. Blake Shelton, her coach from 'The Voice,' is a native Oklahoman, so this tragedy likely hit a little closer to home for Pope.

"I am happy I could actually be here to help out in any way I can," she said, as video footage of the singer rolling up her sleeves and transporting and carrying boxes is shown in the background.

Pope also shared the news that fans can help by making $10 donations to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma via text.

In addition to volunteering her time and spreading the news of how the rest of the country can help, she was also able to arrange for two truckloads of food to be delivered to the RFBO via the Outnumber Hunger initiative.

Nice work, Cassadee! We bet Blake is proud of your efforts to help his fellow statesmen.
