It just happened that Sir George was in the Alamo City for his 31st Annual George Strait Team Roping Classic, did that have something to do with the fastest and largest sell-out ever? Not according to event organizers, whom speculated that the June 1st concert being one of his last performances may be a bigger contributing factor.
