The Top Songs From the Winter of 2003

The Winter of 2003 was definitely the year for Oklahoma native Toby Keith to heat up the airwaves. He's notorious for taking an everyday popular cliche' and turning it into a huge hit song. Such was the case in '03 when he soared to the top of the charts with his song "Who's Your Daddy". The winter of 2003 also had other amazing songs like it.

Listen to the New Johnny Cash Song “She Used to Love Me A Lot”

A new Johnny Cash album is not due in stores until the middle of March, where did the new Johnny Cash music come from? Cash's son, John Carter Cash told Rolling Stone Magazine that he found a huge "stash of Johnny and wife June Carter's effects". In those 'effects' was an album the Johnny recorded in the '80's but never released. It includes the song "She Used to Love Me A Lot" that also features a young Marty Stuart on mandolin. Check it out.

Tim Mcgraw Releases His Newest Single Titled “Lookin’ For That Girl”

Tim Mcgraw has a new single out, and it's titled "Lookin' For That Girl" it's the lead single from his forth coming album. "Lookin' For That Girl" is definitely a more pop-rock sounding song, as his voice was also enhanced for this particular project. I really like the song, but I'm not so sure Tim needs all that fancy voice processing to make the single a big hit. Check it out for yourself, see if you agree.

Where Are They Now? – Lorrie Morgan

Lorrie Morgan was a staple artist during the '90s but we haven't heard much from her since. I loved her music and miss her music so I began to wonder what happened to her. What I found is that, although she's not getting much radio play, that hasn't stopped her from recording and performing.

Eric Church Surprises Fans With a New Song “Give Me Back My Hometown”

In an unexpected move, country singer, songwriter Eric Church surprised fans by releasing his latest song "Give Me Back My Hometown" while he still has a single on the charts. In November of 2013, during the CMA awards show Eric performed "The Outsiders" from his forthcoming album of the same title. Collin Raye Releases a Tribute Album to Glen Campbell That Includes the Classic “Galveston”

Collin Raye is back and this time he is paying tribute to one of my all time favorite artists, Glen Campbell. "I probably learned more about how to sing by listening to Glen Campbell records than I did any other way" says Collin. The classic song "Galveston" is Collin's first release from his tribute album 'Still On The Line' The Songs Of Glen Campbell. Collin has also recorded the classic "Gentle On My Mind" with Ricky Skaggs and "Rhinestone Cowboy" with Billy Dean. I think Collin did an awesome job remaking "Galveston" the first release from Collin's new album. Check it out.
