Abilene's biggest Cinco de Mayo is the love and labor of the St. Vincent's parishioners. Pascual Mirelez owner of Mirelez Productions says "this is a family friendly event that features a softball tournament, dozens of food booths, bounce houses, children's games, bingo, adult games and lots of live music. The event is mostly free with the exception of food and games."

I remember seeing him in concert when I was in college and I have my favorite George Jones songs. I hate that we are losing so many great artists but that's the circle of life.
