Daryle Singletary died unexpectedly on Monday (Feb. 12) at his home in Lebanon, Tenn., shocking the country music world and leaving his family without a father.

The 46-year-old singer had a wife and four young children, and his record label, Platinum Records Nashville, plans to offer their support with the release of a new song. All proceeds from the sale of "She's Been Cheatin' on Us" will go to the Holly Singletary fundraiser.

"We wanted radio and the world to hear the last recordings of Daryle Singletary," Greg Hudik, owner of Platinum Records Nashville, says in a statement. "We’re working on a fund to 100 percent benefit the family from these last recordings."

"She's Been Cheatin' on Us" highlights Singletary's familiar deep vocals and love for traditional country with its pedal steel accompaniment. On the song he sings of how, "even good whiskey can't get her out of your head."

"I know from recent talks with Daryle personally about his recent struggles of raising young children with his wife Holly," Hudik says. "Daryle was playing small clubs almost every weekend. 'She's Been Cheatin’ on Us' was the last song recorded by Daryle Singletary and I, Greg Hudik, only wanted to raise money to help his family and I also wanted the world to hear Daryle’s last performance."

Update: Daryle Singletary's business partner, Chuck Rhodes, tells Taste of Country that the release of the recording was not sanctioned by anyone having anything to do with Singletary. He issued an official statement saying a cease and desist has been issued to Hudik, demanding the recordings be taken down.
