Dierks Bentley gave a stirring performance of his latest single, "Woman, Amen," at the 2018 ACM Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night (April 15). The first single from his ninth studio album, The Mountainthe song is a pledge of gratitude for his wife, Cassidy Black.

Bentley used the performance at the ACMs as a chance to showcase the women who have inspired his fans. A collection of photos submitted by his online followers rotated across the backdrop of the stage.

Bentley turned and pointed to the photos while he sang, "She gives me faith / She gives me grace / She gives me hope," which drew a big reaction from the crowd.

Bentley's performance was backed by three (yes, three) full drum sets banging out the song's driving beat.

As the song ended, Bentley jumped into the front row to embrace his wife. Luke Bryan didn't want to be left out of the moment: as the pair kissed, Bryan jumped up and (unsuccessfully) tried to squeeze in between them.

At the 2018 ACM Awards, Bentley was nominated for Video of the Year, for his song "Black." The song is the title track to his last album, also written for his wife; he performed it at the 2017 ACM Awards.
