The Dixie Chicks witnessed a major comeback last year with their DCX MMXVI World Tour, and had the country world abuzz following their performance with Beyonce at the CMA Awards. At the awards show, they teamed up with the pop star to play her murder ballad, "Daddy Lessons," and continued to include the song in their setlist throughout their tour.

Fans who want to relive the Dixie Chicks' comeback tour can do so on Sept. 1 with the release of their DCX MMXVI Live CD and DVD package. The DVD track listing includes the trio's stripped-down performance of "Daddy Lessons," which fans can watch in the video above, as well as other impressive covers like Prince's "Nothing Compares 2 U" and Bob Dylan's "Mississippi." Their nightly set also included fan favorites "Long Time Gone" and "Sin Wagon."

In early August, the band also made their concert film available for screening in select movie theaters. DCX MMXVI — In Concert was released for one night only on Aug. 7. The tour, which began in Belgium in April 2016 and ended in Canada in April 2017, was the first time the Dixie Chicks had toured the United States and Australia as a headlining act in a decade. Their DCX MMXVI World Tour had the trio reworking many of their hits as rock and guitar-driven numbers in addition to out-of-the-box covers.
