AM Farmers Sanctuary is holding a pet adoption event this weekend at Tractor Supply on Southwest Drive in Abilene.

AM Farmers Sanctuary is a non-profit rescue shelter for critters of all kinds - from guinea pigs to dogs and everything in between. These are people that are truly passionate about the lives of animals.

These animals are just looking for a family to love them. Let's help AM Farmers Sanctuary help these furry friends out.

Even if you're not looking to add to your family, you can still donate to help AM Farmers Sanctuary with pet foot or monetary donations. Every little bit helps.

Penny Paws will also be at Tractor Supply this weekend administering vaccinations, heart-worm tests, and microchips.

The event is 9-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
