Eric Church Grabs 9 Nominations for the Academy of Country Music Awards April 7th

Eric Church is currently leading the way with nine nominations for the 48th Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMA), Sunday April 7th. 2013. Eric is up for Male Vocalist, Album of the Year, twice nominated for Song of the Year (as artist the other as composer). Church also picked up nods for Single of the Year, Video of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year for “The Only Way I Know” with Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean. The "Springsteen" singer was not nominated for the coveted Entertainer of the Year Award, nonetheless Eric Church is leading by three nominations.

Hunter Hayes picked up six nominations, Miranda Lambert snagged five including the highly sought after Entertainer of the Year and the current Entertainer of the Year Taylor Swift also managed five nods from the ACMA. However the nominations leader, Eric Church is climbing the charts again, with what appears to be another monster of a song, this ones called "Like Jesus Does."
