Football players are tough -- so tough they can walk away from an accident that looks like it should kill them.

Nick O’Leary, a tight end on Florida State and the grandson of golf icon Jack Nicklaus, miraculously survived a May crash in which his motorcycle wound up in the windshield of a bus.

O’Leary was on his bike when he hit a car that pulled in front of him and blocked his right of way. O’Leary was thrown from his bike and slid up to 100 feet, while the motorcycle slammed into the windshield of a bus.

Amazingly, none of O’Leary’s injuries were life-threatening and he will be ready to go once the Seminoles open camp.
