Looks like another country act has gone by the wayside. Susie Brown and Danelle Leverett of the JaneDear Girls have reportedly broken up and are no longer making music together.

Herald Chronicle mention the apparent split a few months ago in an article promoting the 8th International Dogwood Festival back in April of this year.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances and the breakup of the JaneDear Girls band, a new headlining act will be performing at the 8th International Dogwood Festival,” the website reveals.

After the news surfaced, MSN Entertainment elaborated some, explaining that Brown is currently working on a new solo country project. Leverett is also working on solo music with more of a indie/pop vibe under the name Nelly Joy. Nelly Joy’s first introduction to the world of solo artistry is a duet with pop artist Jason Reeves, titled ‘More in Love With You.’ The video has already racked up close to 20,000 views on YouTube.
