Keith Urban Helps Wake Space Shuttle Astronauts [VIDEO]

Atlantis final mission is not without country music wake up call. Mostly Classic Rock or Solid Gold Rock and Roll is what the astronauts get awakened with on most missions. This past Sunday, the team woke up to Keith Whitley and his song “Days Go by”.

Being this is the last mission for Atlantis, much of the ground crew had some special comments to share with the Atlantis crew members. The prerecorded video and audio message from the Johnson Space Center crew was commented on by mission specialist Rex Walheim who said, “The days do go by, so we better start living and we are, We are enjoying every minute up here.”

Atlantis is scheduled to return at 5 a.m. Thursday July 21.
