Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock celebrated their third anniversary in an adorable way reminiscent of childhood love, by carving their initials into a tree.

Clarkson posted a photo of the note to Twitter, which featured a heart pierced with an arrow and “B + K = LOVE” underneath.

“We got that young love,” Clarkson wrote in the caption, quickly followed by her usual sense of humor. “We remembered this year."

The two recently had their second child together, Remington Alexander, after a second very difficult pregnancy for Clarkson, which led her to decide not to have any more children.

"I was literally pregnant with Remi, and I was like, 'You are getting fixed. This will never happen to me again,'" she revealed to Jenny McCarthy recently. "If something happens, it's a miracle of God. I literally told my OBGYN on the table while open, 'If I get pregnant again, I will find you!'"

Clarkson was so sick during her pregnancies that she ended up in the hospital, and was forced to cancel several shows.

“It’s horrible. Nothing is beautiful, nothing is magical,” she says. “Whatever, you’re that person that gets that pregnancy, good for you. I will remind my children every day of their lives what I [went through].”

Clarkson has made it very clear she’s done having kids and isn’t looking back, especially since Blackstock also brought two older children to their blended family.

“We have a 15-year-old, 9-year-old, 2 [year-old] and 5-month-old … I already have days where I cry, so we don’t need any more kids. It’s a lot,” she told Ellen DeGeneres when asked about extending her family.

Clarkson recently released a children’s book called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby, named for her first child, and is currently promoting it when she’s not changing diapers or dancing to Salt-N-Pepa with her daughter.
