Kelsea Ballerini spent Valentine's Day playing her first-ever headlining show at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, and she couldn't let the occasion pass by without sharing a special moment with her husband, fellow country artist Morgan Evans. During Ballerini's concert, Evans joined her onstage for a duet on his song "Dance With Me."

The Tennessean reports that Evans arrived onstage for the big moment carrying a vase full of roses -- a surprise to his wife, who told the crowd she thought that he'd forgotten about Valentine's Day. Their "Dance With Me" duet -- which readers can watch a piece of above -- was a first for the couple; although they've appeared onstage at each other's shows before, they'd never sung together during them.

Evans told the crowd at the Ryman on Wednesday night (Feb. 14) that he wrote "Dance With Me" for his now-wife about six weeks after meeting her. It only took him about 20 minutes to write.

"I was at home on the couch, and she was on one of the morning shows, and I was waiting for her to come on," Evans recalled. "They were talking about some gossip thing, and I wasn't into it. I muted the TV and picked up a guitar."

Evans and Ballerini tied the knot on Dec. 2, just shy of one year after their Christmas Day 2016 engagement. At that time, they had been dating for a mere nine months; however, both artists say that they knew right away that theirs was a forever love.
