Actor Kiefer Sutherland Debuts First Single From His Country Album

Actor Kiefer Sutherland is set to release a country album 'Down in a Hole'. The first single 'Not Enough Whiskey' will be released April 8th on iTunes, but we have the video for you NOW.

Who would have ever thought the actor from '24', The Breakfast Club, Lost Boys, The Outsiders, Young Guns and more would one day release a country album? Not only did he sing on the album but he also co-wrote all 17 songs and will tour in support beginning April 14th.

Sutherland has played some clubs around the California area when possible, but he's going 'all in' with album which includes going on tour. Most dates are in the Midwest and East Coast areas, but hopefully he will make his way to Texas!

The songs on the album are a reflection/storytelling of Sutherlands life. The first single is about a man who drinks abundantly to forget a woman who broke his heart. It has a raw, grittiness about it that reminds me of Merle Haggard or Waylon Jennings. Check out the video above and tell us your thoughts.
