If you blink, you won’t just miss a couple of frames of the new Kingsman: The Golden Circle trailer — you’ll miss the whole thing. In keeping with Kingsman’s subversive, irreverent attitude, the first teaser for the upcoming sequel sidesteps the usual format: You won’t find a pointless five-second clip here. Instead, 20th Century Fox has served up the entire forthcoming trailer, condensed to 10 hyper-edited seconds.

The teaser goes by so quickly that even the most proficient spacebar quickdraw will have a hard time pausing the video to catch every single frame, but here’s what I caught: A circle of molten gold seared into someone’s chest, a bottle of Statesman (that’s the American equivalent of Kingsman) whiskey, Julianne Moore’s villain Poppy (described as Martha Stewart-esque), Taron Egerton’s Eggsy pointing a gun at someone in the rain, a robotic arm, Jeff Bridges’ head of the Statesman agency, Channing Tatum in some sort of futuristic recovery chamber, a car chase, a bar fight, a flask, Pedro Pascal as special agent Jack Daniels (what a name), Mr. Pickle (!), Poppy’s headquarters (dubbed Poppyland), Poppy’s Diner (she has a diner, too?), Poppy’s pharmaceuticals (oooh), Channing Tatum in a cowboy hat, Julianne Moore holding a cheeseburger, Eggsy firing a rocket launcher hidden in a suitcase, a mansion, ski slopes, and…a bunch of butterflies.

What does it all mean? We’ll probably find out pretty soon, since studios typically release these short teasers just a day or two before the actual trailer drops.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle also stars Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Halle Berry and Sir Elton John (yes, really), and hits theaters on September 29.
