Little Big Town stood shoulder to shoulder on a stage in the middle of the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night (Feb. 12) to introduce Katy Perry at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. Phillip Sweet stood in front with a guitar strapped on as he strummed the chords to Perry's "Teenage Dream" while his bandmates chimed in singing the chorus.

The country quartet's harmonies soared as they transformed the popular pop hit to a country ballad.

"We have a musical crush on this next artist," Karen Fairchild said as the band introduced Perry to the stage.

Country music was well represented at the Grammy Awards, as Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood made the televised debut of their new single "The Fighter" and Kelsea Ballerini performed her song "Peter Pan" alongside Lukas Graham.

Maren Morris won the Best Country Solo Performance award for "My Church" while Sturgill Simpson won Country Album of the Year. Meanwhile, Joey + Rory won in the Roots Gospel Album category. Dolly Parton and a cappella group Pentatonix went home with the award for the Best Country Duo / Group Performance for "Jolene." Additionally, Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind" won for Best Country Song.
