Little Big Town brought joy to the 2017 ACM Awards with their performance of "Happy People," the latest single off their new album The Breaker.

The stage blanketed in images of wildflowers, the set certainly injected some life into the ceremony with the colorful backdrop and singers Kimberly Schlapman and Karen Fairchild’s rhinestone-sprinkled ensembles. Schlapman even took the theme to heart with small rhinestone flowers covering her tailored black pantsuit, while Fairchild donned some thigh-high purple satin boots. The guys kept it simple with denim-on-denim and let the ladies do the shining.

The quartet brought their signature harmonies and laid-back worldview to the stage with the tune, written by Lori McKenna and Hailey Whitters. It’s a declaration of a life philosophy: letting things go, treating people well and doing what you love is the way to happiness. The song is also the follow up to their No. 1 hit "Better Man," which was penned by Taylor Swift.

Little Big Town won Vocal Group of the Year at this year’s ACM Awards. The Breaker, released in February of 2017, debuted at No. 1 on the country charts and featured its first single, “Better Man,” written by Taylor Swift.
