After a couple hours of rocking country music hits, Martina McBride brought down the house during the pre-taped 'CMA Music Festival' special when she performed anti-cancer anthem, 'I'm Gonna Love You Through It.' The crowd, who could be heard screaming and cheering all night as stars like Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean and Eric Church rocked the stage, was practically silent as McBride let loose her powerful hit.

A longtime country music veteran, McBride had plenty of fans in the audience. And although she was completely devoted to her set, she paused to point specifically at fans who held cancer survivor signs or proudly displayed bald heads from chemotherapy.

The emotional song is about a woman whose husband supports her while she suffers through breast cancer. Anyone who has been touched by the terrible disease couldn't help but shed a tear, whether they saw the performance in person or while it aired on ABC on Monday.

By the time McBride walked off the stage, dozens of fans in the audience were crying and hugging each other. Talk about a tearjerker!
