Matthew Terry’s Calvin Klein Commercial Won the 2013 Super Bowl – The Daily Swoon

If you were anything like us, you remember a few things about the Superbowl this year: Beyonce‘s amazing performance, that cute Budweiser ad with the horse, and that sexy model in the Calvin Klein commercial. And now we know who that model was.

Say hello to 20-year-old Matthew Terry, the owner of the body that made you hit the rewind and pause buttons so much on your DVR remote that you probably broke it. No? Just us, then?

If you weren’t watching the Superbowl, it’s probably because you live in a house with more than one TV or you just don’t like football and have better things to do. So if you missed this steamy Calvin Klein commercial, we’re here to fill you in.

It’s black and white, and a male model’s statuesque body appears in nothing but black Calvin undies, moving in slow-motion to give you the best vantage point of every one of his muscle ripples or whatever you want to call them. It’s all chiseled and shadowy and … well, you can just watch the damn trailer below. And then watch it again. And again. You get it.

Matthew Terry is the man in the commercial, and up until recently, he had no real plans to become a model (uh, what?), but then his mom submitted some photos to a modeling contest on the sly, he became a finalist, and a few weeks later he’s signed to Calvin Klein. Now he’s in the company’s Superbowl commercial, and it won’t be long before this guy will be everywhere. Count on it.
