I love this recipe because you get pasta and Mexican food all in one. Plus, it's another easy recipe and kid's love it. I get asked to make this at least once a month.

Ingredients:

    • 1 box Jumbo shell pasta
    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
    • 1/2 pkg. cream cheese (4oz.)
    • 1 bottle taco sauce
    • 1 small jar salsa (heat is your preference)
    • grated cheese (about 16 oz)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil your box of shells but leave a little firm (al dente).

In a frying pan cook the hamburger and add in the taco seasoning and follow package directions. Then add in the cream cheese, let it melt and mix well.

Pour the jar of taco sauce over the noodles and place in oven for about 30 mins. A few minutes before you pull the pan out sprinkle your cheese (the cheesier the better) over the top and place back in oven until melted.

There you go, that's all it takes to make this great recipe that the whole family will love. You can serve this with a salad and chips or bread sticks. It's very filling too so you will probably have enough for leftovers!
