The Buffalo Gap Historical Village, now known as the Taylor County Historic Center will be hosting a "Military Appreciation Day" Sunday, October 21st. All military personal and their families will be admitted into the village free.

The Taylor County Historic Center volunteers will be hosting tours for military families throughout the day. The tours will take place at the Taylor County Historic Center at 133 William St. in Buffalo Gap.

A World War 1 documentary film will also be showing during Military Appreciation Day. The center will be open fom 8:00am till 5:00pm. However, the free admission is from noon till 5pm for military personnel and their families.
