Goran Dragic scored 25 points and the Heat routed the Charlotte Hornets, 106-73, in the decisive Game 7 of the teams’ best-of-seven, first-round NBA playoff series in Miami on Sunday afternoon. With the victory, the Heat advanced to face the winner of the Toronto-Indiana series in the Eastern Conference semifinals starting Tuesday.

Miami never trailed on Sunday, racing out to an 11-point lead after one quarter and extending the margin throughout the game. Gerald Green added 16 points for the Heat, while teammate Luol Deng scored 15.

Frank Kaminsky led Charlotte with 12 points. Hornets' guard Kemba Walker shot just 3-for-16 from the field for a disappointing nine points on the game.
