Neil Patrick Harris Has Hilarious Mother’s Day Twitter Mishap
In our digital age, you have to do more than just send your mom flowers and a card for Mother’s Day. The woman who brought you into this world deserves at least one shout out on social media.
Which is no big deal, really, since a tweet doesn’t cost you anything and shouldn’t take more than a minute or so to compose. Nevertheless, Neil Patrick Harris managed to make a hilarious mess out of the Twitter message he sent out for Mother’s Day.
Awkward. You could read that as NPH’s mom either eating three people or one person. But, either way, accusations of cannibalism in such a public setting are always awkward. It didn’t take long for the ‘How I Met Your Mother’ star to realize that auto-correct had let him down.
Well played on the recovery, NPH. And you know what? A Twitter mishap makes for a much more memorable Mother’s Day than any box of chocolates could.
