When you’re looking for a great way to stay cool during the hot Texas summer, then look no further than NRH2O Family Water Park in North Richland Hlls (Dallas area).

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking places like Hurricane Harbor or Schlitterbahn, I’m just saying NRH2O is a gem of a secret that many don’t know about.

NRH2O has all kinds of rides and attractions for the entire family. From single rider Great White, Blue Twister, and Black Falls slides to the multi-rider Viper (my favorite) Double Dipper, Green Extreme and more; people of all ages can have fun on their rides. If you wanna be a little lazy or rest up before hitting those high thrill rides again, then you’ll love Beachside Bay and the Endless River. Don’t worry new parents, NRH2O also has the Tadpole Swimming Hole that’s perfect for the younger kids.

Trust me when I say this is a destination the entire family will love this summer. My primary advice is to get there early so you can enjoy the rides before the bigger crowds arrive. Also, take sunscreen with you. Finally, if you’re a tender foot like me, then wear water shoes.

Keep listening for your chance to win tickets to NRH2O.

Enjoy NRH2O.
