July 4th holiday will be here a week from today! So you want to do something fun and have friends over for a picnic/bbq and you're at a loss as to what you should serve; other than hot dogs and hamburgers. Well I just happen to have a few quick, easy and fun ideas to help you out.

With the exception of the strawberries, which I will be trying, these recipes are great and they are easy. I promise you won't be disappointed when you try them. I know everyone always goes with the same old, same old, hot dogs and burgers but why not try something new and different this holiday. What are some quick and easy recipes you have?
