Raspberry Filled Chocolate Cupcakes - Shay's Recipe of the Week

Want to surprise your friends with some out of this world cupcakes? Then you must try these raspberry filled chocolate cupcakes. You will be the hit of any party or just the family. You will need 1 tool that you might not own, a cupcake corer or plunger. They generally cost about $4-5 and can be found at Wal-Mart, craft stores etc. If you don't have one and don't want to buy one you can simply use a spoon. It's just faster and easier with a corer.

Bake your cupcakes as usual, find a filling (jelly/jam) that you like, and frost. They are simple but taste like you spent hours making them.
