Real Haunted Houses for Sale in the U.S.-Would You Buy One? [VIDEOS]

Blairsden Mansion
The Blairsden Mansion is a beautiful 62,000 sq. ft. 31-38-room estate (reports vary) in Peapack, New Jersey. The mansion was built between 1898 and 1903. The home was built by stock exchange tycoon Clinton Ledyard Blair but was sold, upon his death, in 1950 to the Sisters of St. John the Baptist for $60,000 and turned into an orphanage. It's rumored that the the mother superior eventually began to worship the devil and went crazy (or became possessed) killing all the other nuns, guests and orphans living there. It is said that the home is still haunted by the past occupants. The mansion is for sale, for just a mere $4,900,000 you could be the owner of your very own haunted mansion.
Hinsdale Farmhouse
This one kind of freaks me out. It has a very long history,(since 1850) of being haunted or possessed. Passed owners have quickly been run off by the unwanted guests. This house is located near Olean, New York on a secluded farm road (naturally). It has been the subject of books, paranormal documentary shows and even has it's own Facebook page. The story goes like this. There are 12 or more ghosts seen in or around the house with ghost cars, house vibrations, visitor cars being possessed, weird noises, chimney bricks being removed and more. Clara Miller, who wrote the book "Echoes of a Haunting" based on her experiences with the house claims her mother even talked with the spirits. She and her family lived in the home from 1970-74 before fleeing. The house has even been through an exorcism to rid it of it's evil. The house was recently sold for $289,000, and the current owners have had no problems to report (so far) but given it's history it will be back on the market soon....it never really is taken off because it sells again so quickly.
Ma Barker's House
This former gangster hideout is up for sale; to the right family. The current owners want it to go to someone who will appreciate it's history, not mind the voices and noises and maybe even share it with the public. The house is where the longest shootout in FBI history took place in 1935. It is a 9 1/2 acre estate in Central Florida with 342 ft. of lake front property and also includes original home furnishings. Kate "Ma" Barker and her son Fred stood against the FBI, the home is riddled with bullet holes. Those were covered and patched but are still visible. Both Ma and Fred were killed in the shootout but it seems they didn't want to leave and even have their own guests visit from time to time. Friends like Al Capone. In the '70's a seance was held and Fred eventually moved on but Ma has stayed put. Voices and noises are still heard late at night. The asking price for this home is $1,000,000; offers are being taken now!
