Reality TV is everywhere these days. Everyone has a show. Dancing, fishing, hunting, dating. They all have a show. Some of these shows I like but most I do not. One of those I do not care for is the Bachelor/Bachelorette.  I just can't understand why you would subject yourself to this kind of craziness? I happened to catch the last 10 minutes of the Bachelor the other night. In those last few minutes of the show it was down to the Bachelor making a cut from 3 girls to just 2. The girl that got cut was not happy and she had the look on her face to prove it. Daggers shooting from her eyes is a pretty good analogy.

You know you are going on a show with 20-30 other women, all of whom are vying for the attention of 1 man. I lived in a sorority house when I was in college, I know what it's like to live with 30 women and we weren't all dating the same man. This is like letting a fox loose in a hen house. There's bound to be chaos.

There are cameras following you constantly. So really, how honest are these people being when they know the whole world will be watching and judging. These people go from being total strangers, from completely different parts of the U.S. (usually), to wanting a marriage proposal in a matter of weeks.  That's just not normal.

You can't put yourself in this situation and then cry and complain about it. The odds of you actually finding the person of your dreams on a "game show" are not very good. I'm going to assume, for the most part, they are just looking for their 15 minutes of fame and not really a love connection.

I think I will just stick with watching my favorite reality show Duck Dynasty; now that's some good TV! Jack!
