On Monday night (July 9), at Basement East in Nashville, Charlie Worsham jammed out onstage with Brothers Osborne, Will Hoge, Randy Houser and more to the classic Lynyrd Skynyrd hit "Freebird." "Skynyrd Night" was an all-star tribute concert to the legendary band.

Readers can press play above to watch video of the grand finale performance. The throw-together celebrity band rocked the crowd with the historic refrain of one of Lynyrd Skynyrd's most beloved songs.

"Last night was pure joy. grateful to these dudes & to all who made it to @skynyrd nite yesterday evening. i literally have never had that much fun, ever," Worsham posted on Instagram following the event.

The concert was a benefit for Follow Your Heart Arts, a charity that Worsham works closely with. The mission of FYH Arts is "to enrich and empower the lives of young men and women living in Grenada, Mississippi, through music education." Worsham was joined by his musical friends and colleagues, who gathered both to benefit the charity's cause and also -- at least in one instance -- to act out a teenage fantasy of jamming to some classic Skynyrd tunes.

"Been dreaming of a night like this since I was a prepubescent kid practicing guitar in my bedroom ..." John Osborne posted on Instagram before the event. Based on how much fun he seemed to be having, the evening did not disappoint Osborne's inner teenager. He and Worsham even treated the audience to a guitar duel during the show.

Also present in the mass sing-a-long were Ward Davis, Kendell Marvel, Michael Hobby (of A Thousand Horses), Chris Hennessee and Ashley Ray. Southern rock group Lynyrd Skynyrd originally released their massive hit "Freebird" in 1973.
