The 6th Annual Dachshund Races and "Rescued Dog Reunion" will take place July 18th at Festival Gardens by the Abilene Zoo. This is every dogs show, not just the ones with papers! Come show off your rescued dog in the show ring before the Dachshund Races. Dress up and dress up your dog for our Costume Contest.

First of all, how could somebody just dump a bunch of adorable puppies in a trash can? Seriously? What is wrong with people? Fortunately, for every (horrible monster of a) person who throws away puppies like they're garbage, there's a person who will rescue said puppies from the trash.

There's nothing surprising about our pets getting into shenanigans when we're not looking. Sometimes we find the little buggers in the act, and what results is adorably hilarious.
