Country music sweetheart Faith Hill is as American as apple pie, hot dogs and (especially) football, as she demonstrated again over the weekend. Hill has returned for her sixth consecutive season as country music's ambassador to America's favorite sport, performing the theme song 'Waiting All Day for Sunday Night' to kick off the game between the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers this past Sunday.
Faith Hill hit Self magazine’s Facebook page last week at select points throughout the day, taking the time to answer questions from her devoted fans. Given that Hill is a beautiful country artist with a celebrity husband, three daughters, two dogs and a rockin’ bod, it’s really no surprise that her admirers lobbed questions primarily revolving around how the starlet holds it all together so tightly (in all senses of the word).
June 1, 2011 Oklahoman and country music super-star Toby Keith just completed his 8th annual Toby Keith and Friends Golf Classic. According to the press release Toby and Friends raised more than $650,000. All monies raised go directly to the construction fund of the OK Kids Korral, a special home for children undergoing treatment for cancer. The Kids Korral is to be built in Oklahoma City. Toby Keith's foundation secured the land next to The Children's Hospital
at O.U. Medical Center and the O.U. Cancer Institute.
