One school in Texas has joined the ranks of many others in the state to allow certain teachers on campus to carry concealed weapons.
And they're not scared to tell that story, either.
Brantley Gilbert, Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett all got my attention from the start of Brantley's new video. If there is one way to get Rudy Fernandez to sit up and take notice, employ the use of firearms. I don't really understand what the guns have to do with the "Small Town Throwdown" video in the opening sequence. Nonetheless it's a great start to a great song and an awesome video. C
As I anxiously await more episodes of "KFTV", from our favorite Texas redneck Kevin Fowler. I came across this earlier episode from a couple of years ago. In this video, Kevin Fowler goes full-auto on his AR-15 rifle and introduces one of his band members to the fine world of firearms. Check it out.
In the city of Rifle Colorado there's a restaurant called the 'Shooters Grill' so how fitting is it that all the waitresses are armed with hand guns and better yet they all know how to use them. It's the idea of a Colorado restaurant owner who felt the need to carry her side arm out in the open while she tends to her customers. Now that the word is out, owner Lauren Boebert says business is brisk
Anyone that knows me knows I am an avid gun enthusiast and that I'm always preaching gun safety. Especially when it comes to storing away your firearms. One item that was real popular at this years Shot Shot is the new high tech "Gun Box" handgun storage system. This is not really a 'new' system for storing your handgun, but I believe it's a faster way to retrieve your handgun. According
Now that the 'gun control' talk has simmered down a bit, prices of firearms have been on the decline. When prices go down, typically sales go up, especially as we get closer to the holidays. So, if you're in the market for a new firearm, because of these lower prices, then heed my advice about owning a firearm.
I have 2 simple words everyone should know and live by when it comes to owning a firear
Here is another story that gets my blood boiling. Overstepping boundaries to forward your own agenda. A school in Virginia has expelled a couple of 7th graders for using airsoft guns; on their own property, before school.
Jared Marcum, an 8th grader in Logan, County West Virginia, has been expelled from school, arrested and is facing charges of disrupting an educational process and obstructing an officer. All of this from simply wearing a NRA t-shirt with a hunting rifle featured on it. However, he didn't violate any school policies by doing so.
The AR-15 is one of my top three favorite guns to shoot, but lately it seems that the gun and it's ammunition have gone through the roof. A friend called me from Dallas last Friday, he asked me if I still wanted an AR-15. I told him "yes but I'm not about to pay these absurd prices everyone is asking for AR's now, besides I'm in radio I can't afford it." AR-15's are selling for as low as
I'm writing this in direct response/correlation to my time spent on Facebook. You can't mention guns, religion or the Dallas Cowboys (even in the nicest way) without starting a 'war of words'. It seems there are more preachers, head coaches and constitutional scholars on Facebook than there are in the biggest of cities...
My new favorite song is from a guy from "down under" and it's simply titled "I Love Guns". My love affair for the cold steel started, well as young as I can remember, I guess I was 4 or 5 years old. I had a little wooden rifle that shot rubber bands. I must have taken out every bad guy known to man back then.
