Most all the books, stories and comics were released on paper that was thick and rough, it was called pulp stock, thus the phrase "pulp fiction." It also was, the era of great music too. Music like Jazz, Blues, Ragtime, Bluegrass and Swing prevailed. It is that very era in time, that inspired an awesome band known by those who appreciate the swing movement as the Jive Aces.
