My daughter Angie just started gymnastics classes, and with that comes the excitement of a 10 year-old little girl, wanting to show me every jump, twirl and leap. She has been online to check out other gymnasts. That's when Angie showed me this video. I couldn't believe my eyes that I watched it several times. Although this video is from the 2008 Junior European Championship games in Turin, I think it's worth watching.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a technical sport that combines rhythmic movements with an additional apparatus like balls, hoops, clubs, ribbons. The gymnastic movements, of variable levels of difficulty, are connected in fluid sequences to form a perfectly executed routine with the music that accompanies it.
