The Texas Wild Bunch Bonanza BBQ and Auction is Set for Jan. 26th Near Coronado’s Camp
January 21, 2013 It's that time of year, when the sweet smell of mesquite wood burning in an ole smoker fills the air. The 11th Annual Wild Bunch Bonanza Cook Off and Auction is scheduled for this Saturday, January 26th starting at 10:00 AM when the gates open. Attendees will get to sample everything from quail, to deer, elk to brisket and smoked wild hog to tasty jalapeno poppers. The Wild Bunch Bonanza is an annual fundraiser for the ECCA Volunteer Fire Department. Last years proceeds got ECCA's fire department a new brush firefighting truck.
