Annual Texas High School Rodeo Association Finals Comes to Abilene June 7th-14th
The 25th Annual Texas High School State Finals Rodeo, where the top high school rodeo athletes come to compete will be in Abilene beginning June 7th through the 14th. This year over 600 athletes will converge on the Taylor County Coliseum to compete for the Lone Star State title of “State Champion.” Plus these kids are vying for the chance to go on to the National High School Finals Rodeo and to collect their fair share of scholarship money. The public is invited to attend.
The week long competition will play host to a wide array of rodeo events like pole bending, barrel racing, bull riding, bronc riding, team roping and more.
