The Doobie Brothers Release Track List For ‘Southbound’ Featuring Country Stars

The track list for the new Doobie Brothers CD has been announced. So, now we know which country stars are matched up with which classic Doobies' tune on the legendary rock band's 'Southbound'. The album loaded with remakes of Doobies classics is due out November 4th.

According to the Doobie Brothers' official website, 'Southbound' enlists the help of country superstars Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Chris Young, the Zac Brown Band and more. This isn't a true "tribute album", because each track will include the Doobies playing and guest appearances from the all-star cast of country performers. And 'Southbound' isn't necessarily a "duets album", because stars like Vince Gill and Hunter Hayes will only be lending their instrumental talents.

The 12-track CD is loaded the Doobie Brothers' biggest hits, including their #1 hits 'Black Water'  (with the Zac Brown Band) and 'What a Fool Believes' (with Sara Evans). Take a look at the full 'Southbound' track list:
