The Lighted Christmas Parade Returns to Cross Plains December 12th

The Cross Plains Chamber of Commerce (COC) recently decided to reinstate the lighted Christmas parade. Myleah McNutt, the Chambers administrative assistant said "Cross Plains has not had a lighted Christmas parade for as far back as I can remember. We thought it was a good time to bring it back." The Kiwanis will also be hosting their annual stew supper to coincide with the Christmas parade.

Back up your pick-ups or bring your lawn chairs, then get ready to line Main Street and take in the sights and sounds of an old fashioned lighted Christmas parade Thursday evening, December, 12th starting at 6pm.

The floats will be judged during the parade. The Kiwanis are holding their annual stew supper from 5pm till 7pm at the seniors center on Main Street. The Cross Plains public library will be hosting ornament painting for children to participate in. Santa will be arriving via firetruck at the Kiwanis stew supper.
