If you’re searching for a cold beer drinking party anthem, it’s no secret that country music has its share of them. But you won’t find one more obvious than Dierks Bentley’s ‘Grab a Beer’. The music video doesn’t try to mask what the song is about, either.

The video for ‘Grab a Beer’ is plain and simple. Filled with lots of Dierks and his band jamming on stage in front of a huge crowd, holding up their solo cups and longnecks about every five seconds. Don't expect any clever plot twists.

The video was shot entirely in grainy black and white. It definitely has a ‘bootleg’ feel, like it was shot by amateurs, and they’re just catching Dierks Bentley, his band and his fans candidly going about his everyday day life. You can tell Bentley had the idea of connecting with his fans when the video was put together.

If you walk away from this video learning anything, you’ll learn that Dierks Bentley loves beer. Cold beer. And he doesn’t care who knows it. You also may start feeling a bit thirsty yourself.

The song itself is very different from what you're used to hearing on country radio. It's got an old rock and roll guitar riff, and a Johnny Cash feel, but all the lighthearted content and sing along fun that you would come to expect from a country party anthem.

Check out the video here, and let us know what you think about it. After watching it for the first time, you should have all the words memorized and will have no problem singing along at your next kegger.
