The West Texas Rehab Center's 2017 telethon and auction raised $1,327,567, bringing the 47 year total to just over $41 million dollars. 2016's record setting total was just over $1.36 million and $1.33 in 2012, making this year the third highest in the Rehab Center's telethon history.

Karla Brown with the Rehab Center's Donor Relations said "this year's totals exceeded expectations and we are very grateful for the tremendous community support the Rehab receives every year."

This year the auction featured over 50 handmade quilts and over 460 items. The auction also included a Dez Bryant autographed game jersey and a new 2017 Chevy Colorado pickup.
