We're about halfway through the NFL season, and some quarterbacks have been a bit, shall we say, disappointing so far. But has it been enough to merit a demotion?

One of the biggest question marks coming out of week 8 is Eagles quarterback Michael Vick. Head coach Andy Reid has decided to stick with his struggling QB, even though the Eagles are 3-4, losers of three straight.

Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers is also off to a rough start, with his team at 1-6. So far, they are sticking with the second-year quarterback. Kansas City's Matt Cassel is also struggling at 1-6, though he doesn't have a Rookie of the Year trophy to fall back on.

The Jets' Mark Sanchez has been hearing the calls for Tim Tebow to step in all year. The team is at 3-5, and fortunately the Jets are on a bye this week. Perhaps some time off will allow him time to collect his thoughts.
